By creating an account or using Twynn (operated by Easelynow), you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Keep your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for activity under your account and organisation
• You must have the rights or permission to scan and document the spaces you capture

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the product or infringe anyone’s rights
• Don’t capture or upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content
• Don’t attempt to breach security, scrape, or disrupt the service

Content you create

You own the scans, plans and data you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process it so we can operate the product — for example, to sync your content across devices, render your twins, and run the AI features you request.

AI features

Some features use AI to generate models, textures, plans, designs and reports. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it. Measurements and plans are aids and are not a substitute for a professional survey where one is required.

Plans & billing

Twynn offers free and paid plans plus optional packs, billed via our payment partners (Razorpay on the web; the App Store / Google Play in the apps). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Liability

The product is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product or reliance on captured data.

Termination

You may stop using the product and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
