This policy explains what data Twynn (operated by Easelynow) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our iOS app and website.

Information we collect

• Account & organisation info — your name, email, phone, and your organisation’s name and contact details
• Content you create — scans (3D meshes, floor plans, 360° panoramas, photos), captured objects, layouts, plans, tags and reports
• Usage & device data — app interactions, device model, iOS version, IP address and crash logs
• Location data — when you set a unit’s location or use maps in the app
• Payment info — processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card, UPI or bank details

How we use your information

• Provide capture, design and portfolio features and sync your content across devices
• Process captures on-device and register the results to your organisation
• Process subscription and pack payments
• Improve the product, fix bugs and prevent fraud and abuse
• Send service notifications and respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We process your data based on your consent, to perform our services to you, and on our legitimate interests in running and improving the product.

Payments

Subscription and pack payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay on the web, and the App Store / Google Play in the apps). We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details — these are handled directly by the payment provider under their own security standards.

Device permissions

• Camera & LiDAR — to scan spaces and capture 3D models, floor plans and panoramas
• Motion & orientation — to track the device during a scan for accurate geometry
• Location — to show your position and set a unit’s location on the map
• Photos — to add material, logo and object images you choose

These permissions are optional and only used for the features above. You can change them anytime in your device settings.

How we share information

• Service providers (cloud storage, hosting, maps, AI processing and payments) bound by contract
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety

We never sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your rights

• Access, correct or export your data
• Withdraw consent or object to certain processing
• Delete your account and associated data
• Raise a complaint with us or your data-protection authority

Account & data deletion

You can request deletion anytime from the app, or by emailing privacy@twynn.in. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

Children's privacy

The product is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Data security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and a per-organisation store for your scans and content. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.

International transfers

Your data may be processed on servers outside your country. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it stays protected under this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.

• Location — for maps and setting a unit’s location
• App activity & diagnostics — usage and crash data

Third-party services

• Supabase — database, authentication and secure media storage
• Vercel — website and backend hosting
• Google Maps / MapTiler — maps and place search
• AI providers (via Vercel AI Gateway) — power the AI generation and design features
• Razorpay / App Store / Google Play — subscription and pack payments

Each provider processes data under its own policy and our agreements with them.
