This policy covers cancellations and refunds for Twynn subscriptions and packs.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime — your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no separate cancellation charge.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period, except where required by law or by the app store’s own policy.
• App Store / Google Play purchases follow that store’s refund process; web (Razorpay) purchases can be raised with us using the details below.

Packs

• Packs (such as additional scans) are consumable and non-refundable once used.
• Unused packs may be refundable where required by law; contact us to request.

How to request

To cancel or request a refund, email hello@twynn.in. We acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days; approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, though your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
